Thalassa Uriel Carmina Anwar, known in ILUNIA records as "Agent T.U.C.A.N.A." It's called the "Faceless Voice." Her true identity has never been confirmed. Cult members don't see her, only sense her presence. Some describe her as a woman, some as a shadow, and some as ILUNIA herself. But they all say the same thing: "When she speaks, light bends."

It first appeared in Hungary; a voice echoed in the minds of researchers working in a secret archive in the underground passages of Budapest. At the time, ILUNIA was conducting an experiment called "Cognition in the Dark," in which participants attempted to communicate via stream of consciousness in complete darkness. All participants, though in different rooms, heard the same voice:

"You don't need eyes to see the truth."

The source of this voice was never found on the recordings. The name contained only three letters: T.U.C.

In Austria, ILUNIA is believed to have participated in Operation "Silent Resonance." This operation involved agents who could communicate without speaking. She was training. But T.U.C.A.N.A. did not participate in any training. Yet, she managed to synchronize the thoughts of all the agents. One of the trainers later wrote:

"She was not learning the method. The method was learning it."

A psychological experiment conducted in Denmark found that ILUNIA members manipulated their dreams. According to the results of the experiment, 11 of the participants saw the same face in their dreams; however, each described it differently. Some said it was a child, some an old woman, and some a faceless entity. However, all of them uttered the same sentence upon awakening:

"The eye blinks once before the truth is revealed."

ILUNIA records archived this event as "Dream Synchronization: TUC-07."

In Egypt, ILUNIA is known to have participated in the "Temple of the Whispering Sand" rituals. In this ritual, held under sandstorms, participants completely covered their ears and communicated only through thoughts. At the end of the ceremony, the same memory flashed through everyone's mind: A woman had covered her eyes with her hands, but she could still see everything. Some said they saw her shadow walking on the ground, while others saw a woman walking without a shadow. She remembered. From that day on, a rule was established in ILUNIA rituals:

"Never seek out the one who is listening."

It was last seen in Syria—or so it was thought. While testing the ILUNIA "Echo Signal" device in the ruins of Aleppo, the signals were noticed to spontaneously change shape. The signal waves combined to form a pattern: T U C A N A. It was as if one frequency had become an identity. Blood flowed from one engineer's ears as he tried to shut down the device. That night, a sentence slipped into the log files. No one wrote it down, but it appeared in the system:

"Silence is watching."
